Former Imo State Governor Arrested by EFCC for Receiving N350m of Stolen Arms Fund

An influential politician and former governor of Imo state, has been reportedly arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

According to a Tweet posted by online news platform, SaharaReporters, former governor of Imo State, Chief Achike Udenwa, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, who governed from 1999-2007, has been arrested by Nigeria’s anti-graft body, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for receiving N350 million of stolen Arms fund through Ex-Minister, Esther Nenadi.
