Yahaya Bello’s attempt to visit Tinubu allegedly rebuffed

– Governor Yahaya Bello seem to be desperate for endorsements by prominent figures in the All Progressives Congress (APC) – The governor is facing legal suits challenging his position from two fronts – One is from within his party in the person of Honourable James Faleke, the other is from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and his predecessor, Captain Idris Wada NAIJ.com has been reliably informed that attempts by Governor Yahaya Bello to visit the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been rebuffed by the former Lagos state governor.
The source said: ”Governor Bello has made several attempts to visit Asiwaju, but the national leader has turned down the requests severally. The governor is desperate to visit him and use it as a publicity stunt to hoodwink APC faithfuls that Asiwaju has endorsed him. ”We all know Asiwaju is in support of Honourable Faleke’s ambition, and he is wary of any visit from Governor Bello now at least until the courts give pronouncements on Bello’s position.”
