Sunday Oliseh former super eagles coach turned down his coaching job with NFF (Nigerian Football Federation) brings to light all he went through and the sacrifices he paid for the team (Super Eagles).
According to Vanguard Sunday Oliseh reveal s that there was many coaching job offers last year for him that he turned down from many Top African Nation.
He went further to add on Thursday from a session of the social media week that this offer came just three months after he accepted the job offer to the head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
Via Skype he added:
“I must state that within three months of coaching the Super Eagles, I got an offer from a top African nation to become the coach of their national team, but I turned it down,”
He also highlighted that there been improvement of the team and that he only incurred one match lost since he became the coach of the super eagles.
This was what he said on Thursday
“We have lost just one competitive match in 14. That is an improvement. The team has improved in areas of movement and passing of the ball, so analysts must give fans the correct information because the team has improved in a very short time considering that there are new players in the team too,”
